MAGIC is a service-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth heal identity, build community, and launch their potential through structured life skills education and mentorship. MAGIC partners with schools and community organizations to deliver programming that supports personal growth, positive relationships, and future readiness. Many youth face internal barriers such as low confidence, unclear identity, limited life skills, and lack of positive connection, which impede academic success and long-term outcomes. MAGIC addresses these challenges by providing youth with practical tools, guidance, and supportive relationships that help them recognize barriers, build confidence, and develop skills necessary for success.
